【摘要】 应用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)治疗15例急性心肌梗塞,对其临床效果进行分析,证实rt-PA具有缩小梗塞面积,改善心功能,提高患者生活质量和降低死亡率的作用,在使用过程中,本组病例未见到严重出血及其他严重副作用。作者对rt-PA的给药时机、应用指征及禁忌症作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the use of recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) thine treatment of 15 pantients of acute myocardial infarction. The clinical effects of the rt-PA were analysed. The benefits of the rt-PA may included:(1) decrease the size of myocardial infarction; (2) improvement of left ventricular function; (3) improvement of live quality of pantients, and(4) reduction in mortality. No serious hemorrhage and other serious side effects were found during the treatment with rt-PA in our pantients. Administration time, indication and contraindication of the rt-PA were discussed.更多还原
