【摘要】 电镜观察及人工感染动物试验确认国内水牛有梭状肉孢子虫包囊寄生。此包囊系一大型包囊,其初生包囊壁具呈树枝状分枝之菜花样结构,沿分枝纵轴方向分布之纤维由粗且电子密度高的颗粒充填其内。基质层直接延伸形成隔。人工感染狗、猫试验结果显示,仅猫粪内有其孢子囊排出。从603头屠宰水牛材料中发现,梭状肉孢子虫感染率为89.34％(539/603),每40cm~2的肌肉切面见包囊数最高者达52只。剖检的11种肌肉中,食道肌感染率最高,为87.06％(525/603)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Light and electron microscopic observation and feed experiments have confirmed the presence of Sarcocystis fusiformis (Railliet , 1897Berhard and Bauche, 1912) in the water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) in China. That is a large macroscopic sarcocystis . The primary cyst wall (PCW) has the characteristic cauliflower appearance with many dendritic branches, which are filled with fibrils which run along the longitudinal axis of the projections, and the coarse electron-dense granules are scatteered between these fibrils. The ground substance extends into the cyst to form trabeculae . Investigation on the infection of water buffaloes with Sarcocystis fusiformis was carried out. The material studied was obtained from slaughtered water buffaloes in Wuhan Abattoir of Cattle and Sheep. 3934 %in 603 buffaloes examined were infected . The largest number of the cyst of this parasite was found in 40 cm2 area of cross section of muscles 52. The infection rate of esophageal muscle was 87. 06%.更多还原
