【摘要】 扶沟县养牛业发展很快,每5.6亩地一头牛,人均牛肉占有量比全国高1倍。由于牛种改良慢,出栏率还低,每头存栏牛产肉量仅为先进国家的40%,故潜力极大。猪、牛头数比为0.55∶1。猪、牛产肉比为2∶1,猪的饲枓转化率较高,有必要提高牲猪出栏比例。扶沟县粮、棉人均占有量分別达470.3和71.1公斤,在全国也是先进的。但总肉品生产量过低。目前,扶沟县已形成了粮、棉、畜三元结构雏形。在粮草兼作,粮肉生产关系和畜牧业内部结构上还有待进一步合理化;农牧营养物质相互转化都在30%上下,宜进一步强化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cattle production in Fugou county Henan Province had a good developing speed during last ten years. One head of cattle was able to be kept per 5.6 mu of plowed land, which took a leading position in China. Beef output per person in this county is twice as much as that in the whole country. Due to low market rate and low percent of improved cattle, the meat output per head of animal at the end of a year is 4% compared with that in developed countries. The ratio of pigs and cattle number raised was 0.55 : 1, but the rario of produced meat from pigs and cattle was 2:1.Combined regime of pork and beef production has helped the farmers raise their per capita grain and cotton production of 470.3 and 71.1 kg, respectively. The nutrient flow from crops to animals thru grains, straws, cotton meals and other by-products has been estimated as 30% of total crop nutrients produced, and the back flow thru animal excreta has been 25% of fertilisers, including chemicals. The well-known roughage processing methods were suggested to improve the nutrient cycle, and to produce more market animals instead of keeping draft ones.更多还原
