325MW调峰机组主汽温的动态特性及其控制系统的整定
Dynamic Characteristic and Control System Adjusting of Main Steam Temperature in 325MW Peak Regulating Power Unit
【摘要】 本文用辨识试验得出了325MW调峰机组在不同负荷下汽温对象的一组动态模型,并提出了调峰机组对汽温控制系统的要求;为仿真和计算整定参数的需要,文中推出了一种转换精度较高的Z→S转换算法和基于在局部优化综合指标下的双回路系统参数整定方法;经现场投试表明,这些方法具有较好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The dynamic model of the main steam temperature in a 325MW peak regulating power unit has been obtained by identification and then the demands on the regulation of steam temperature control system was proposed. In order to simulation and adjusting of regulator, a transformation method converting descrete transfer function H(Z) into continuous transfer function H(s), has been developed. An effective method of tuning the parameters of double loop system based on the synthesized parameters of partially optimazation is presented in this paper Above methods are proven to be valuable in practice.
