甘草的染色体核型分析

【摘要】 对甘草(Glycyrrbiza uralensis Fisch.)的染色体核型进行了初步分析,结果表明,甘草的体细胞染色体数为2n=16,其中中部着丝点染色体(m)为1对,端部着丝点染色体(t)为7对,染色体总臂数(N.F)为18。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the chromosome numbers and karyotype analysis of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The material for the study was collected from Minqin, Gansu province. Its somatic chromosome is 2n=2x=16=2m+14t. The total number of chromosome arms is 18.
