弹性弯曲支承计算机辅助设计
Computer Auxiliar Design of Flexure Hinges
【摘要】 弹性弯曲支承,因无摩擦、无间隙而广泛的应用于陀螺仪、火箭控制喷口,精密仪器中约有数千种应用。本文偏重于它在高精度平移台及测角头中的应用,用它构成的平移台精度可达10-11~10-12m,测角头转角精度则可达10-3s。尽管弹性弯曲支承结构简单,但设计的数学计算却很繁杂,因而我们发展了一个程序,用于设计弹性弯曲支承,同时又能设计弹性弯曲支承的精密驱动系统——杠杆系统。程序通过显示主菜单,允许选择的功能为:①杠杆系统的设计;②弹性弯曲支承的设计;③打印输出数据;④退出程序。而在设计中采用问答方式。
【Abstract】 Flexure hinges as a friction-free and backlash-free pivot areused in thousands of applications such as gyroscopes,accelerometers missle-control nozzles and other instrument,or our interest is from translation stagesand gomiometers in high precision,0.1 astron and 0.001 second.At present paper a computer programm is described which is used to designflexure hinges and it’s precision lever system.Showing the menu the programmallows you to select one of the four funtions:(1)Design of lever system;(2)Design of flexure hinges;(3)Output data from printer;(4)Exit.At the end of the paper there are some data of lever system and flexurehinges designed by using of the program.
