合成塔进出口换热器管子管板焊接试验研究
The Study of Tube-Tubeplate Welding of Ammonia Converter Feed/Effluent Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 本文分析了影响管子管板焊接质量的因素,提出了管子管板连接的最佳工艺规程。并对管子管板焊缝的力学行为、显微组织及应力进行了评论。
【Abstract】 The factors affecting Welding quality of tube-tubeplate was discussed in this paper.The best welding procedure.the mechanical property ,the microstructure and residual stress level of tube-tubeplate welding joints were presented as well.
