【摘要】 通过观察37例单纯性青光眼PERG的异常率及其与眼底C/D的相关性,评价P50波及N95波在青光眼诊断中意义。记录P50波时,图形刺激平均亮度为30cd/m~2,对比度50%,记录N95波用平均亮度140cd/m~2、对比度90%的图形刺激。结果表明在青光眼组P50波及N95波的异常率分别为59%及76%,两者间有显著差异,此外N95波与C/D的相关性大于P50波与C/D的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The significance of P50 and N95 in diagnosis of glaucoma was assessed through observation on 37 cases of glaucoma PERG with regard to their respective abnormal ratios and their correlations with C/D. The pattern stimuli used for P50 and N95 were mean luminances of 30cd/m~2 and 140cd/m~2 with 50% nd 90% contrast, respectively. The result showed that the ratios of abnormal P50 and N95 was 59% and 76% in the glaucoma eyes respeetively, and there is a significant difference between them. The correlation of N95 with C/D is higherthan that of P50 with C/D.更多还原
