【摘要】 本文观察了冠心病(CHD)患者血清apoA1、apoB、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、VLDL-C、TG含量,并作临床应用的初步分析。结果表明:(1) apoA1明显降低,apoB和apoB/A1比值明显升高;(2) HDL-C明显降低,LDL-C、VLDL-C和TG明显升高。而TC变化不明显;(3) 在77例患者中、TG升高为33例(42.86%),TC升高为10例(12.99%);(4) apoB/A1比值作为CHD诊断的生化指标阳性符合率最高(72.73%)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum apo A1, B, total cholesterol(TC), HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, TG in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were determined and their clinical significance was analyzed. Our results indicated that(1)serum apo A1 was significantly lower, apo B and apo B/ apo A1 ratio were significantly higher in CHD patients than controls; (2)HDL-C was significantly lower, and LDL-C, VLDL-C, and TG were significantly higher in CHD, while TC no difference; (3) 33 cases were hypertriglyceridemia and 10 cases were hypercholesterlemia in 77 subjects with CHD.
