【Abstract】 It is the first report on the proceeding in technological studies of artificial seed preparation of tobacco. The substantive developments have been achieved on inducing techniques of somatic embryogenesis; The system of somatic culture has been tentatively set up and some physical and chemical characteristics of the capsule matters had been determined.
