光照强度对辣椒果实品质代谢的影响
THE EFFECT OF SHADING ON FRUIT QUALITY OF HOT PEPPER
【摘要】 本试验以辣椒(Capsicum annuum var.Longrum)为材料,系统研究了不同遮荫条件对其果实品质的影响。结果表明,随着光照强度的减弱,果实的重量和体积,可溶性果胶,可溶性糖、抗坏血酸、有机酸、干物质及辣椒素的含量都有不同程度的降低。弱光下果实中叶绿素含量较高,分解速度较慢,而茄红素的合成则相对延迟。
【Abstract】 Fruit quality changes of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum var. Longrum) were investigated under shading. It was found that fruit weight and volume were diminished and the contents of dry matter, soluble pectin, soluble sugar, ascorbic acid, titratable acid and capsaicin were also variously decreased by shading, wheras shading delayed the changes of chlorophll and lycopene.
