内分泌—免疫系统相互关系的研究——Ⅱ.甲状腺素对体外小鼠脾淋巴细胞及胸腺细胞转化的影响

【摘要】 以3H-TdR掺入法检测了甲状腺素在体外对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞、S180荷瘤鼠脾淋巴细胞及胸腺细胞转化的影响,并对ConA刺激相应细胞转化的影响进行了研究。结果表明,甲状腺素对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞、荷瘤鼠脾淋巴细胞及胸腺细胞的转化作用与对照组比较均有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),甲状腺素可明显提高ConA刺激相应细胞转化。表明甲状腺素对机体细胞免疫有促进作用。
【Abstract】 3H-TdR incorporation technique was employed to study the effect of thyroxine on transformation of spleen lymphocyte in normal and in S180tumor-bearing mice as well as the effect on these cells that was pro-duced by ConA stimulation.The results indicated that there was a markedly difference of transformation effect between the thyroxine treated group in-clude normal spleen lymphocyte of mice as well as the spleen lymphocyteand thymocyte of tumor-bearing mice(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01).The result also shown that thyroxine can markedly increase the incorporation number of 3H-TdR of these cells stimulated by ConA(P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.01).Our study provide an evidance that thyroxine can enhance the cellulor immune effect and suggest an effect mechanism in the clinical applica-tion.
