μ级聚苯乙烯微球合成的研究
Studies on Functional Polymeric microspheres Synthesis of μm-Size Polystyrene Microspheres
【摘要】 本文报道采用阴离子乳化剂(用量小于 CMC)和分散剂存在下,分散介质的醇水比控制在1∶1以内,K2S2O8作引发剂的分散聚合法合成粒径在0.5至1.5微米的单分散聚苯乙烯微球.在本体系中,随着醇用量的增加,胶乳粒径变大,单分散性变好。随着醇的表面张力的降低,胶乳粒径变大。在该体系中加入少量的 SDS、电解质以及聚乙烯醇,可以得到粒径较大,分散较均匀的胶乳,且所得胶乳粒径随其用量的增加而减小。在该体系中增加苯乙烯的用量,所得胶乳粒径增大。加料方式对胶乳粒径及其分散性也有影响.
【Abstract】 μm-size polystyrene microsphers are widely used in the fields of biology, medicine and colloidal science,for example,calibration standard,microscopy, particle size determination counter,light scattering,filtration studies,etc. A dispersion polymerization of μm-size monodispersive polystyrene microspheves in the presence of organic solvent (alchol:water<1) is reported in this paper. The effects of the amounts of dispersing agent.emulsifier(concentration<CMC), monomer,organic solvents in water phase and alcohol type on the polymeriza- tion behaviors and partile diameter examined.
