数控机床伺服系统控制策略研究

【摘要】 目前国内数控机床直流伺服控制系统中多采用了PI或PID控制,为进一步提高数控机床伺服系统的动静态性能,本文通过与自适应控制的详细分析比较,指出在特定条件下,PID控制可以看作是一种简单的自适应控制方式,并分析了它们之间的内在联系和区别以及PID控制的局限性,这就为在不同的条件下选择不同的控制方式,正确制定控制策略提供了理论上的指导。

【Abstract】 At Present, in DC motor servo systems of domestic CNC machine tools. PI or PID control are adopted widely. In order to improve the dynamic and static behaviour of CNC machine tool servo system, in this paper through a comparison between PID and adaptive control, it has been indicated that under a certain condition. PID can be viewed as a simple adaptive control. The internal connection and difference between the two methods as well as the restriction of PID have also been discussed. Which applies theoretical direction for taking correction control stratagy unter certain condition.
