【摘要】 在不同温度(26℃,60±15℃,85±5℃)条件下,分别用不同重量百分比浓度(0,2,5,10,20,40％)的NaOH液对海南省琼山县的细基江蓠繁枝变种Cracilaria tenuistipitatavar.liui进行前处理工艺研究。结果表明,85±5℃,5％NaOH处理5h的效果最好,得胶率(Y)15％,凝胶强度(S)约为600g/cm~2。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies the pretreatment technology of Gracilaria tenuisti-pitata var. liui collected from Qiongshan County, Hainan Province with different weight percentage concentrations (0%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%) of NaOH at different temperatures (26℃, 60±5℃, 85±5℃). The results show that the Low Concentration Alkali Hot Treatment Method (5% alkali, 85±5℃, 5h) is the best. Recovery was about 15% and gel strength was about 600g/cm2.更多还原
