【摘要】 本文对580例各年龄组上消化道出血病人进行了内窥镜检查,并对出血部位、病种与年龄的关系进行了比较。发现出血性胃及十二指肠炎、十二指肠溃疡主要见于青年组,其百分率随着年龄的增长而减低。食管、胃恶性肿瘤则以老年组多见,其发病率随着年龄的增长而增加。有314人进行了紧急镜检,其活动出血率高于普通镜检组,P<0.01。更多还原

【Abstract】 The are endoscope examination of desease of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in 580 cases belonging to each age group, and compared of the bleeding part, the kind with the relationship of age. discorvered hemorrhagio gastroduodenitis duodenalulcer mainly concentrated in the group of puberty, the percentage depress with the increase of age. The phymatosis of degestive tract and stamoch mostly appears in senior group, and its percentage 1ncrceases with the increase of age.
