【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of drying tests on yellow peach have been made with microwave oven. Internal and environment temperature distribution of yellow peach were studied. Dehydrating characteristic was observed and dehydrating models have been gained. The effects of factors on dehydrating rate, power consumption and far-infrared united with microwave drying were discussed. The better combinations of parameters have been obtained.更多还原
