【摘要】 本文对70例电焊工正中神经传导速度进行了检测。结果表明,正中神经运动纤维传导速度有不同程度的减慢,提示锰元素对外周神经可能具有毒性作用。过量接触锰元素以后发病快,具有个体敏感性差异,这与对中枢神经系统的毒性作用报道基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper examined the conduction velocity in nerve median of the electricwelders in 70 Cases.The result showed that the nerve mediana was affected.Theperipheral nerve system might be poisonously affected by manganese.Excessivecontact with manganese would lead to a quick attack,and there was some diff-erenee among the body sensibility,which is generally in agreement with the re-ports on the poison to the central nervous system.更多还原
