【摘要】 本文观察到吸入二甲苯后小鼠肝脏出现肝细胞浊肿、脂变、炎性浸润、枯否氏细胞增多及肝血窦,小叶间静脉轻度扩张等变化.电镜观察可见细胞质内有大量脂滴,溶酶体、线粒体均有不同程度的破坏,糖原减少,核膜不清等变化。提示长期接触二甲苯者应加强防护,避免慢性中毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of hepatocell cloudy swelling fatty degeneration, inflammatory infiltration, kupffer cell creasing and slight expansion in hepatic sinusoid a nd interlobular veins occur t?mice liver when they have intaken xylene.With electron microscope, damages of different degree in fat drops, lysosome and chondriosome among the cytolipin can be observed. We have also found other changes, for example, glycogen decreasing and nuclear membrane unclearing.
