在任意位置的裂纹上受均布剪应力的有限薄圆板

【摘要】 本文对内部任意位置含穿透直线裂纹的有限弹性薄圆板,在裂纹上、下岸受到均布剪应力的情形,用复变函数方法,进行了讨论,得到了用级数表示的复应力函数,给出了应力强度因子的一般表示式,并计算了大量的应力强度因子之值,最后还给出了计算应力强度因子的近似式,计算结果表明,在广大范围内,由近似式计算的中、小裂纹的应力强度因子之值,与精确值比较,相差甚微.因而可用于实际工程计算.

【Abstract】 In this paper, an elastic disc with an internal crack at any position, upon which acted the uniform shearing stresses is investigated by the complex variable methods. For this problems the complex stress funcition, expressed in terms of series and the general formulas of stress-intensity factors are obtained and a great number of values of stress-intensity factors is calculated. Finally, the approximate formulas for calculating the stress-intensity factors are presented. The calculating results shows that the values of stress-instensity factors calculating from the approximate formulas for the middle and small cracks are compared with its accurate values for a wide region, the difference are very small, and therefore the approximate formulas may be used for practical engineering calculation.
