【摘要】 报告1000例穴位皮肤电位的变化。其中患者600例,正常对照400例;取印堂、劳宫、涌泉三体穴,心、肝、胃、肺及肾五个耳穴进行测定。结果发现正常人体穴印堂、劳宫及涌泉皮肤电位比较恒定,约50±10μA,左右平衡;患者体穴皮肤电位明显低于正常人(P<0.001),且左右失衡。正常人耳穴一般不可探及,而患者所病的内脏相应耳穴则可探及,电位高约40±15μA。患者按体症分为阴、阳二型,阳型体穴皮肤电位40±5μA,阴型体穴皮肤电位20±5μA,两型之间体穴皮肤电位有明显差异,耳穴却基本相同。提示穴位皮电可作为疾病诊断、阴阳分型及观察预后的依据之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the changes of skin point electric potential (SPEP) three body points (Yin Tang,Lao Gong and Yong Quan) and five ear points (heart, liver ,stomach,lung and kidney) in 600 patients and 400 normal adults have been detected. It was found that SPEP at body points on both sides of the normal adults was more stable (50±10 μA) and higher than that of the patents (P<0. 001 ),which was usually unbalanced between the two sides. The SPEP at ear points in normal adults could not be detected,but in all patients,that of the relevant ear points to pathologic viscera was gained (40±15μA). According to their physical signs the patients were divided into two types-Yang and Yin. The SPEP at body points of Yang type was 40±5 μA and that of Yin was 20±5 μA,Showing significant difference. But the electric potentials at ear points of both types were similar. It is suggested that the SPEP might be regarded as one of the facts upon which the diagnosis of disease,classification of Yang and Yin types and evaluation of prognosis could be based.更多还原
