【Abstract】 The present paper contains conformation distribution of valine in an acidulous aqueous solution investigated with lanthanide ions as H NMR probe. By adjusting the structure and population parameters, the reasonable results which are most close to the experimental data were observed. The population of conformation for valine was determined. The results show that there are rotamers in aqueous solution and their population is dependent on the sterochemistry of valine.更多还原
