温控式氦氖激光器功率和频率的稳定

【摘要】 本文介绍一种内腔式氦氖激光器功率和频率稳定装置及其实验结果。功率稳定度达到±0.12％,频率稳定度达到±5×10-9。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an ou1put-and frequency-stabilization device for internal-mirror He-Ne laser is described, and the experimental results is presented. The stability of output power and frequency obtained are ±0.12% and ± 5E-9 respectively.
