牛肾小血管匀浆粗提物致家兔血管损伤的实验研究——Ⅱ、血管壁、内皮细胞与平滑肌细胞的组织学与超微结构改变
Experimental Studies on Vascular Damage in Rabbits Induced by Coarse Homogenate Extract from Small Blood Vessels of Bovine Kidneys Ⅱ. Histological and Ultrastructural Changes of Vascular Wall, Endothelial Cells and Smooth Muscle Cells
【摘要】 用牛肾小血管匀浆粗提物免疫家兔致Ⅱ型变态反应引起血管损伤,小血管壁水肿、腔小近闭塞,有少量白细胞浸润,早期内皮细胞与平滑肌细胞变性直至坏死。中期内皮细胞与平滑肌细胞开始再生,再生的细胞又发生变性、坏死。分析血管壁的抗原性弱,至抗体价高亦不引起急剧的渗出性炎、与Ⅲ型变态反应不同,是抗体于原位结合抗原引起损伤。
【Abstract】 Vascular lesions in the rabbits immunized by coarse homogenate extract from small blood vessels of bovine kidneys were induced by type Ⅱ allergic reaction, The vascular walls were edematous, lumens were narrow and nearly to occlusion with slight inflammatory infiltration. Degeneration and necrosis of the endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells were seen in the early stage and proliferation in the middle stage, but the proliferation cells also showed degenertion and necrosis afterwords. Since the antigenicity of vessels is weak and does not cause acute cxsudative inflammation even when the antibody titer is high. The reaction different from type Ⅲ hypersensitivity is that antibody conbincs with antigen in the primary site within vascular wall, The change belonges to type Ⅱ allergic reaction.
