【Abstract】 The interincisal diastemata are treated with surgical orthodontics. The disease severely affects human appearance and mouth function and also results in orther severe mouth diseases. It was known that it doesn’t belong to the indications of conventional and surgical orthodotics, because it is often complicated by periodontosis. Our study will introduce a synthetic technique for immediate closure of interincisal diastemata with interdental and subapical osteotomes and 1 : 1 photographic techniques have also been taken.
