【Abstract】 An effective description can be produced of human subjective judgements through stratification and quantification of human thinking processes in light of hicrachical analysis, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis in systems engineering and an approach of great use in analyzing various social, economic , scientific and technological systems . The key to the successful use of hierarchical analysis is found to be correct formation of judgement matrixes . Upon this ,quite a lot of research work has been done at home and abroad.
