火焰原子吸收法测定红细胞膜结合钙
FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY DETERMINA-TION OF BINDING CALCIUM IN HUMAN RED ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE
【摘要】 <正> 本文用火焰原子吸收法测定红细胞膜结合钙含量。测定健康者35人,膜结合钙平均值为4.68±0.45μg/mg膜蛋白;原发性高血压患者34人,膜结合钙平均值为2.00±0.73μg/mg膜蛋白。由测定结果表明,原发性高血压组胞膜结合钙含量明显低于对照组,差别高度显著(P<0.01)。该方法的回收率为98.23%—104.37%。相对标准偏差小于3.18%。红细胞膜钙泵的基本功能是将细胞膜内的Ca2+主动转运至细胞外,以维持细胞内低钙,使细胞内外电解质平衡处于正常生理状态。红细胞内的钙大部分结合在膜上。膜
【Abstract】 The present study was performed to determine the amount of binding calcium in human red erythroeyte membrane by using flame AAS. In thirty-five healthy subjects, the average of binding calcium in red erythrocyte membrane was 4.68-0.45μg/mg membrane proteins; In thirty-four subjects with primary hypertension, the average of binding calcium in red erythrocyte membrane was 2.00-0.73μg/mg membrane proteins. The result revealed that in subjects with primary hypertension, binding calcium in red erythrocyte membrane was significantly lower than that of the healthy controls (P<0.01). The rate of recovery of this method varied from 98.23% to 104.37% and the RSD was less than 3.18%.
