【Abstract】 This paper describes the industrial trial results on as-hot-rolled high strength sheet steel RS5O for automobile wheel rims and disks. It is possible to produce the steel RS5O of ferrite and bainite microstructure. by controlled polling and controlled cooling process. The steel shows good formability, good flash weldability, and high fatigue strength. The properties of the trialed steel has reached the level for the same steels imported. Stoned highway trials were undertaken. The steel has been put into the field for manufacturing automobile wheels.更多还原
