低气压空气中磁吹电弧的停滞与侵蚀

【摘要】 对应于海拔0~6km大气环境0.1~0.048MPa的空气中,利用开关触头模型实验研究了触头分断电路时磁吹电弧的起始停滞、边缘停滞和触头侵蚀。研究表明,当空气压力下降,电弧起始停滞时间、边缘停滞时间以及触头侵蚀量均增大。研究还证明,增大触头分断速度,可明显减小电弧停滞时间和触头侵蚀。

【Abstract】 By using an experimental model of switching contacts in ademountable arc chamber the initlai immobility, edge immobility and electrode erosing of magnetic-blowout arcs under the condi-tion of low atmospheric pressure 0.1 to 0.048 MPa in air corres ponding to the atmospheric pressure of 0~6 km high above sea level were experimentally investigated. The resuIts showed that when the atmospheric pressure reduces the immobilitytime of the switchingarc during the period of arc initiation and at the edge of the contacts and then theamount of contact erosion are increasing.The investigations also confirmed that the immobilityitime and the contact erosion can be greatly reduced by enhancing the openingspeed of the moving contact.
