金针菇(Collybia vellutipes)生物学特性的研究
A STUDY ON BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF COLLYBIA VELLUTIPES
【摘要】 本试验结果认为金针菇(Collybia vellutipes)最佳培养料配方为棉籽壳或木屑75%,麸子20%,豆饼粉3%,糖1%,过磷酸钙1%;菌丝生长的最适温度为25~28℃,子实体发育最适温度为13~15℃;菌丝生长发育的最适湿度为培养料含水量60%~65%,子实体发育时期空气最适相对湿度为85~90%。
【Abstract】 The result of this study showed that the best culture medium for Collybia vellutipesgrowth consisted of 75% cotton seed hull or sawdust, 20% wheat bran. 3% soybean meal,1% sugar and 1% calcium superphosphate. The optimum temperature for hypha growth was25~28℃ for fruiting body development was 13~15℃. The optimum humidity for hypha de-velopment was 60%~65% water content of the culture medium, and the optimum relativehumidity of air for fruiting body development was 85%~90%.
