氧化物电极研究(Ⅱ)——柔性粘结式氧化镍电极
Research on Oxide Electrode ( Ⅱ )——Flexible plastics - bonded nickel oxide electrode
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种可卷绕的柔性粘结式氧化镍电极,并用这种电极与柔性粘结式镉电极相匹配,装配成具有实用价值的粘结式R6型圆柱密封镍镉电池。这种电极采用碾压成型方法制备,厚度<1mm,不但具有良好的柔软性和可卷绕性,而且具有良好的充放电特性和长时间的使用寿命,其最高放电倍率可达到5C。
【Abstract】 A new kind of nickel oxide electrod for nickel cadmium battery has been investigated . It is the plastics- bonded (PB) nickel oxide electrode prepared by the rolling technique with a thickness (<1mm) and good flexibility . It shows good discharge characteristics and good cycling life during mono - electrode test and full size cells of R6 type battery with a plastics bonded elecrtode. The electrode could be discharged at 5C rate.
