【摘要】 作者测定了41例正常人、18例胃癌、7例食管癌、11例结肠癌及8例肝癌患者血清中β-胡萝卜素含量。结果表明正常人与各种恶性肿瘤患者血清中β-胡萝卜素含量差异均具有显著意义(P<0.01)。提示β-胡萝卜素缺乏可能与肿瘤发生有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum beta-carotene contents were measured in 18 patients with gastric cancer,7 esophageal cancer,11 colonic cancer,8 liver cancer and 41 normal controls.The results showed that there was significant difference between the controls and patients with malignant tumors in the contents of beta-carotene (P<0.01). It indicates that the deficiency of beta-carotene is proba- bly related to the occurrence of the malignant tumors.更多还原
