【摘要】 应用显微外科技术行输卵管结扎术后复通412例,对术后满2年以上之输卵管复通278例进行随访,随访率100％。对其术后效果与输卵管长度、术式、吻合部位等相关因素进行分析,并对切除之输卵管瘢痕组织进行了组织学观察,提出术时保留输卵管长度的依据。本组术后宫内妊娠率81.3％,其中2例宫外妊(0.072％)术后均又妊娠且足月分娩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Microsurgical operations were done in 412 cases for tube-reversal after sterilization, and all of the 278 cases of successful tube-reversal had been followed up for 2 years after operation, the 100％ at follow-up-rate. Authors investigated the interrelated factors affecting the outcome of tube-reversal as length of tube, method of anastomosis and the characteristics of anastomosis, and examined histologically the cicatricial tissue whi ch were removed during the operation to improve the outcome of tube-reversal. In this group, the intrauterine-pregnancy-rate was 81.3％, and 2 cases were ectopic pregnancy, but thee got intrauterine pregnancy and normal delivering after operation.更多还原
