【摘要】 采用单向琼脂扩散试验检测了32例正常育龄妇女、121例正常孕妇和65例巨细胞病毒(HCMV)活动性感染孕妇血清免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgM,1gA)的浓度。结果表明,正常孕妇血清免疫球蛋白明显低于正常育龄妇女,而HCMV活动性感染孕妇血清免疫球蛋白较正常孕妇似有升高趋势,但经统计学处理只有IgM有显著性增加(P<0.01),IgG和IgA差异无显著性(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentrations of serum immunoglobulins in 32 normal non-pregnant, 121normal pregnant, and 65 active HCMV-infected pregnant women, were measuredwith simple agar diffusion test. The result showed that the levels of serumimmunoglobulin (G. M. A) in the normal pregnant women were lower than thosein the non-pregnant.
