【Abstract】 239 eyeball perforation patients are reported in this paper. of them,cornea perforation had 173 eyes, corneoscleral perforation 35 eyes, scleraperfation 35 eyes. Eyeball perforation was classied into four degrees inaccording to serious or-not of demage condition. Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree may result i?blindnness. Ⅰ degree had 19 eyes, Ⅱ degree 50 eyes, Ⅲ degree 85eyes, Ⅳ degree89 eyes in this group. It is important, we consider, to treat correctlyeyeball perfortion a d to judge prog?slis. Eye ball perfofation couldmainly complicate intraocular infection, uv eal prolapse, cataract, prola-pse of vitreous, intraocularhemorrhage and intraocular foreign body.These complications were also discussed in this paper.更多还原
