人同种软骨移植的临床及实验室观察

【摘要】 在进行124例人同种软骨移植的基础上,为了观察人同种软骨在宿主体内变化,对不同时期移植后的同种软骨进行了组化,免疫病理学及超微结构的实验观察,提示同种软骨移植物的排斥并非必然通过吸收,可能是被宿主骨组织取代的方式,从而并不影响其支架功能。

【Abstract】 On the basis of 124 cases of homologous-cartilage grafts,the changes of host’s tissue structureand immune active cells around the homologous-cartilage were studied. Slices of implantationat different time were investigated by histologic. histochemical, immunopathologic andultrastructural methods.The results show that the rejection phenomena of homologous-cartilagegrafts may be the process of substitution of bone for cartilage, rather than the process ofabsorption and there are no influences on supporting framework of homologous-cartilagegraft.
