闪光视网膜电图在视觉药理学和毒理学研究中的应用
APPLICATION OF FLASH ELECTRORETINOGRAPHY IN VISUAL PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY
【摘要】 <正> 本文研究毒毛旋花子甙K(以下简称K)对视网膜的毒理作用。12只新西兰兔分为3组,分别于一侧眼玻璃体内注射K水溶液1、3或9 μg(0.1 ml)另一眼同法注射溶剂作对照,观察给药前后闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)和瞳孔直接对光反射的变化。给药后,K使兔F-ERG的a、b波振幅呈剂量依赖性不同程度地下降,给药组与对照组有显著差异(p<0.01)。9 μg组给药后5h a、b波振幅已降至噪声水平,且在给药后3ha波达峰时间有
【Abstract】 <Absrtact>Retinal toxicity was assessed after intravitre-ous injection of strophanthin K(K) The time tour-se and extent of disturbances in flash"electroretino-gram (F-E-RG) have been observed in 12 albinorabbis reated with a single dose of 1, 3 or 9 Ng(0.1 ml) of K.
