【Abstract】 The efficacy of iodophor in disinfection of perineal skin and mucosa of vagina and cervix was observed clinically.Four groups were arranged in experiment on disinfection of mucosa of vagina and cervix: 1.Iodophor douche group:(1)douching the vagina with 0.02% iodophor;(2)painting the vagina and cervix with 0.2% iodophor for three times;(3)disinfecting the cervical canal with 0.2% iodophor. 2.Iodophor painting group:(1)painting the vagina with 0.2% iodophor twice;(2)putting the speculum into vagina and then painting the vagina and cervix for three times;(3)disin- fecting the cervical canal. 3.Aqueous solution of tinctura iodi douche group:(1)douching the vagina with aqueous solution of tinctura iodi(diluting 2.5% tinctura iodi with sterile water to a solution containing 0.01% iodine);(2)painting the vagina and cervix with 0.2% bromogeramine for three times; (3)painting the cervix and cervical canal with tinctura iodi and 75% ethyl alcohol successively. 4.Routine control group:(1)douching the vagina with sterile water;(2)painting the vagina and cervix with bromogeramine for three times;(3)painting the cervix and cervical ca- nal with tinctura iodi and 75% ethyl alcohol successively. Each group consisted of 30～33 persons.Positive bacteria/cultures were found in 18～ 27 persons before disinfection and only in one person after disinfection.The efficacy was sim- ilar in all groups. Two groups were involved in disinfection of perineal skin.The experimental group re- ceived painting with 0.5% iodophor once,while the control group received washing with 10% soap water and 0.2% bromogeramine successively.The results showed that bacterial culture became negative in 19 of the 30 persons in experimental group,while no one became negative in 34 persons of the control group.It was also indicated in the trial that no irritative sensation was experienced in intravaginal application of iodophor.更多还原
