鹿茸不同部位多胺含量的比较研究

【摘要】 采用732强酸型阳离子交换树脂纯化鹿茸多胺,利用高效液相色谱法测定了鹿茸不同部位(尖部、中部和根部)腐胺、精脒和精胺的含量。结果,鹿茸尖部三种多胺的含量最高。

【Abstract】 Polyamines (Putrescine, Neuridine and Spermidine) from different parts of pilose antler (apex, main body and base) were purified by NO. 732 strongly acidic cation exchanger and their quantities determined by HPLC. Result of the study showed that the apex contains a higher level of all three polyamines than the main body and base of the antler.
