【摘要】 三七[Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen]为云南特产名贵药材。本文首次报道其种仁油的性质和化学成分。用气相色谱法鉴定其脂肪酸的组成为棕榈酸3.0%,硬脂酸0.54%,花生酸0.46%,棕榈油酸0.53%,油酸87.48%,亚油酸7.07%,亚油烯酸0.21%。不皂化物中分离鉴定了羽扇豆醇,白桦脂醇,16β-羟基羽扇豆醇和豆甾醇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Results of the present study showed that the Kernel of Sanchi （Panax notoginseng） contains a total of 39.5 percent oils with d₂₃²³ 0.9088, n_D²⁵1.4678, acid value 1.18, ester value 181.6. saponification valuc 182.8, iodine value 87.03.Saponification of the kernel oil yielded a total fatty acids of 73.3 percent and unsaponifiable matter of 2.0 percent.Routine methylesterification of the total fatty acids followed by GC analysisof its constitution indicated that in the Kernel oil Palmitic acid amounts to 3.0 percent, Stearic acid 0.54%, Arachidic acid 0.46% Oleic acid 87.48%, Linoleic acid 7.07% and Linolenic acid 0.20%.By means of column chromatography on silica gel five pure constituents was isolated from the unsaponifiable matters. They were identified as Lupeol, Betulin, Lup-20（29）-ene-3β, 16β diol, Stigmasterol and a trace of Oleic acid by MS, NMR and acetylation.更多还原
