可调谐激光器中光栅的安装和调整

【摘要】 使用光栅的调谐激光器。其输出功率、模式和可调范围与激光头中光栅与放电管的相对几何位置有密切关系,本文介绍了在光栅的安装和调整过程中如何实现这些几何要求.

【Abstract】 There are some close relations between the output power,mode,tunable range andthe geometrical location of grating relative to discharge tube in a tunable laser using grating astunable component.In this paper we describe the process about how to realize these relations ininstallating and adjusting grating in detail.
