化学降凝剂对南海高凝高粘原油流变性能影响的探讨
THE EFFECT OF POUR POINT DEPRESSION CHEMICALS ON RHEOLOGIC PROPERTIES OF HIGHLY VISCOUS CRUDE OIL WITH HIGH POUR TEMPERATURE OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA
【摘要】 实现高凝高粘原油添加化学降凝剂进行常温低温管道输送是目前普遍关注的研究课题。本文从下列几方面探讨了南海高凝高粘原油添加化学降凝剂和复配组份后流变性能的变化:①表观粘度;②屈服应力;③启动压降;④流变性能静态稳定性和动态稳定性。本文认为南海高凝高粘原油添加化学降凝剂和复配组份进行常温低温管输是可行的。
【Abstract】 The effect of adding EVA alone and together with an ancillary ingredient on rheologic behaviour of high pour point and high viscosity crude oil of the South China Sea has been studied.Experiments were carried out separately in laboratory and in outdoor network of pipes 208m in length and 0.089 m in diameter.The results of experiments are as follows:By adding EVA 150-200ppm and the ancillary ingredient 50-100ppm,(1)the pour points of all crude oil samples are decreased to 6-7℃ the apparent viscosities at 30℃ are decreased by 70-80%;(2)the yield point value and the startup pressure at 14℃ are decreased by 95-99%;(3)rheologic behaviour remains bassically the same in one month storage.It is concluded that the high pour point and high viscosity crude oil of the South China Sea can be transported by pipline at ambient or low temperatures by using suggested chemicals.
