求解浮动磁头静态逆问题的高精度快速收敛算法

【摘要】 基于高次修正雷诺方程的有限元数值解,本文给出了一种求解磁头浮动块静态逆问题的高精度快速算法。并从理论上保证了其可靠的收敛性。

【Abstract】 A new high-accuracy fhst-algorithm is presented to solve static inverse problem of magnetic head sliders on the basis of solving the high-order modified Reynolds equation by means of the finite clement method, and it guarantees a reliable convergence theoretically.
