【摘要】 本文采用放射性免疫测定法检测粒细胞性白血病等患者血浆环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的水平,发现急粒和慢粒患者cGMP含量较正常对照组分别增高116.1％(P<0.05)和133.1％(P<0.05),而淋巴瘤、原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)和消化性溃疡等患者cGMP含量与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示检测血浆cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值可为粒细胞性白血病临床诊断和判断疗效,提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plasma cyclic guanosine 3’, 5’ -monophosphate (cGMP) was determinated by radioimmunoassay in patients with myelocytic leuke- . We found the level of cGMP in patients with AML and CML was significantly higher than that in the control, increasing 116.1% (P<0.05) and 133.1% (P<0.05) respectively, but the level of cGMP in patients with lymphoma, ITP and peptic ulcer showed no significant changes as compar- ed with that in the control (P>0.05).
