【摘要】 采用手术显微镜下解剖分离的方法,对22例成人肌皮神经的功能束及其在臂丛内各段的定位做了研究。结果表明:在肌皮神经的远侧端,肌支束与皮支束分界明确,肌支束位于断面的前外象限;在近侧端,以混合束为主,肌支束或以肌支束为主的混合束位于前外象限;在锁胃下1cm,锁骨上1cm、1.5cm处断面,肌皮神经束组位于前上外象限;位于前份。肌皮神经纤维主要来自C₆和C₅,C₇只占很小比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The localization of fascicles of MCN at different le- vels in brachial plexus were traced under surgical microscope. At the distal end of MCN, the muscular and cutaneous fascicles were separated.The muscular fascicles are situated at the latero-anterior quadrant of the cross-section of the nerve. The mixed fascicles be- come predominated mixed fascicle were still situated at latero-ante- rior quadrant.At the cross-section 1cm below clavicle, and 1cm and 1.5cm above the clavicle were the very fascicles of MCN Which ed at were situated at the anterior quadrant.The fibers of MCN or iginate from C₅ （31.6%） ,C₆ （64.6%） and C₇ （3.8%）.更多还原
