炔诺酮肟对麻醉大鼠呼吸与循环系统的影响
Observation on Acute Toxicity of Norethisterone Oxime in Anesthetized Rats
【摘要】 本文选用麻醉大鼠进行一次口服灌胃炔诺酮肟(NETO)的急性毒性实验。NETO剂量为0.125mg/kg、0.626mg/kg及1.25mg/kg,观察用药前及用药后1/4、1/2、1、2h的呼吸、血压,以及用药前、用药后1~5h的心率、心电图变化。实验结果表明服用0.625mg/kg、1.25mg/k NETO除在用药后1~2h心率略有一过性减慢外,其余指标均无明显变化。提示口服NETO对麻醉大鼠的呼吸与循环系统无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Norethisterone oxime (NETO) was given orally to anesthetized rats in single dose to observe acute toxicity.The doses used were 0.125mg/kg,0.625 mg/kg.They are minimal effect doses (MED) for anti-implantation action,5 and 10 times of MED respectively.Rate and amplitude of respiration,blood pressure,and electrocadiogram were detected at 1/4,1/2,1,2,4 and 5 hours after administration.The experimental results demonstrated that only mild transient reduction of heart rate was observed in animals receiving 1.25 mg/kg and 0.625 mg/kg of NETO at 1-2 hours,and no other marked changes occurred in all groups of animals.
