【摘要】 <正> 食管腺癌临床少见,我院外科从1976年1月～1986年12月经手术切除病理证实的食管癌共628例,其中食管腺癌20例,占3.1％。现将20例食管腺癌外科治疗结果报告如下。临床资料一、资料来源 20例本组食管腺癌中,男性11例,女性9例,年龄35～59岁,平均51岁。其中35～40岁5例,41～50岁8例,51～60岁7例。病程1～3月13例,4～6月5例,7～12月2例。二、检查全组经X线钡餐检查均有不同程度管腔狭窄及不规则充盈缺损,19例X线诊断为食管癌,1例食管下段局限性孤形更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports 628 cases of esophageal carcinoma confirmed surgically and pathologically from January, 1976 to December, 1986, including 20 cases of esophageal adenocarcinoma (3.1%), among which no regional node was found in 13 cases. One to eleven years after surgical treat- ment, 12 out of the 13 cases survived, including 1 case for 11 years, 3 for 5 years and 1 for 3 years. All the five cases with nodular metastasis died within one year after surgical treatment. The result showed that surgical treatment before the metastasis of the regional lymph-node could possibly yield higher survival rate. The definition of esophageal adenocarcinoma and differential diagnosis between the lower segmental esophageal adenocarcinoma and cardiac adenocarcinoma were also discussed.更多还原
