山莨菪碱对经有限蛋白水解后的脑突触膜Ca2+-ATPase的影响

【摘要】 从猪脑中提取钙调蛋白和突触质膜,我们研究了山莨菪碱对经有限蛋白水解和磷脂酶A2处理后的突触膜Ca2+-ATPase活性影响。发现药物对不同预处理后的Ca2+-ATPase表现出不同影响并调节钙调蛋白对它的激活作用。

【Abstract】 Calmodulin and synaptic plasma membranes from porcine brain were isolated. The effect of anisodamine on the activity of limited proteolyzed and pho-spholipidase A2- pretreated Ca2+ -ATPase from porcine brain synaptic plasma membranes have been studied. Results show that anisodamine demonstrates different effects on the Ca2+-ATPase pretreated with various procedures, and that the drug modulates the activation of calmodulin on Ca2+-ATPase.
