【Abstract】 Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made for extract of RadixIlicis Pubescentis with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that the retention time of identification peak is 8 minutes,the content of pentacyclic terpenoid is 0.069 mg/gram,and the recoveryrate of extraction is 65.5%.It is suggested that HPLC can be used forevaluating the quality of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis.更多还原
