【摘要】 通过对老年人胆心综合征26例分析,进一步证实其发病机理是由神经反射或中毒引起的心脏功能紊乱。治疗中把胆病患者出现心电图异常视为手术禁忌是不妥的。相反它常是手术的适应症。胆病愈后心脏症状好转或消失本病便可确诊。如果胆道疾病长期延误得不到正确的治疗。心脏的病变常成为不可逆性损害。可见胆心综合征的鉴别诊断是非常重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 26 cases of biliary-cardiac syndrome of senile patients are reported in this article. This disease above takes a large of senile diseases of biliary-tract. It is generally considered that biliary tract is irritated by physical and chemical factors and results in temporary cardiac funtional disorder which casused by the way of nerve reflex and intoxication. It is improper to think the electrocardiogram disorder of biliary disease as the operational contraindication, in contrast, it is indication. After the recovery of biliary disease the biliary-cardiac syndrome can be diagnosised by the disapperance of cardiac runtional disorder.
